Apex is owned and operated by KillBurger Corp, a software holding company founded in 2026 by two software engineers who do almost all of its engineering themselves.
Is Apex free?
Yes. You can start in your browser right away, and no credit card is needed. Routines, streaks and the journal are free.
Where can I use Apex?
On the web, on iPhone, and as a desktop app for Mac, Windows and Linux. Everything syncs with your Apex account, and Android is coming soon.
How do streak tiers work?
Every habit and activity keeps its own streak. Keep it going and it climbs through seven tiers: Bronze at 10 days, then Iron, Gold, Mithril, Magma, Corrupted, and Crystal at a full year.
